Sounds great what you’re doing but I wonder if getting From away sales mind set where it’s always numbers create the groups that you need to create and help people learn to believe the story. And those that are further along find out what motivates them to stand and learn the Bible. For those that are not there yet they’re trying to figure their story out or don’t even realize so figure what keeping them back through prayer groups and consistent interaction through difficult leaders. You will have some folks that don’t like the group mindset that are in their own minds. I don’t themselves which we know does not work at least not for very long. I’m finding out that some people are motivated by testimony more than deep spiritual. STUDY) doesn’t mean that they don’t wanna read. They don’t wanna memorize. I just come to the understanding of late that we do a lot of work to try to motivate people to do a lot of things and I just can’t imagine when we get to heaven help fuel. Some of our attempts might end up being and that’s including not to throw anybody under the bus, just a thought. It’s awesome to read what you had to say. Praying God bless the things go well

I think it's amazing that you have the perspective that you're not prepared for future growth and so your system needs to be tweaked in advance to prepare beforehand. That foresight was a bit convicting to me and something I need to consider as I lead my own church.

It's a habit our senior pastor has built into us. I'm grateful for the advice! Thanks for the compliment.
